A Little Bit About Me

I am a fully qualified Holistic Therapist. (FICHT). I hold diplomas in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Sports Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi ear candling). There are many benefits from each treatment I provide, here is a brief description of some:
Reflexology –A relaxing foot massage to the reflex points of the feet. This boosts the whole nervous system and circulation, relieves congestion and reduces inflammation. I have 11yrs experience of working with many different people, of all ages, with a wide range of ailments. I have been successful in helping them combat stress, whilst offering a very relaxing therapeutic treatment.
